Gene Scoring Initiative of AutDB
A new phase of the AutDB Scoring initiative has now begun! We are pleased to announce a community-based ranking component for the Gene Scoring module.
One of the goals of the Gene Scoring initiative from the outset was to allow participation by the research community in this gene scoring process. To realize this goal, we are incorporating a community wide annotation initiative into the Gene Scoring module which will allow individuals within the autism research community to download the Gene Scoring dataset, score genes of their choice, and submit their data to SFARI for inclusion.
How to Score Genes?
To add your scores to AutDB, first download gene score lists using the "Download Data Set" button. Edit the downloaded lists with your own scores, justifying each with corresponding comments and references. You may score as many genes as you wish. When you are finished, submit your edited list to AutDB via e-mail
