Description: Mutant cortocistriatal slices upon treatment with urb show partial rescue of ltd compared to controls, indicating basal endocannabinoid production is not altered in mutant mice.
Exp Paradigm: Striatal slices were perfused with the fatty acid amide hydrolase (faah) inhibitor urb 597 (1 m) to inhibit glutamatergic synaptic transmission.
