Ameliorated
Description: Mutant cortocistriatal slices show a partial rescue of ltd upon high frequency stimulation during cb1 receptor activation with acea, indicating unaltered cb1 receptor function in the mutant striatum. ltd of corticostriatal transmission was induced in wildtype controls by hfs in the presence of acea.
