Timeline of AutDB Development.

The Human Gene module of AutDB was first released in January of 2007 and subsequently appeared in publication in 2009 (Nucleic Acids Research, 37, D832.D836). After the initial launch, MindSpec researchers have systematically updated its contents and added new modules of related data:

The Animal Model module was added in 2009, followed in 2011 by the release of Protein Interaction (PIN) and Copy Number Variant (CNV). Most recently, this database was redesigned as AutDB 2.0, which features an integrated, user-friendly interface.
